Description
The first infant car seat from the popular brand Baby Jogger, the City GO is designed for just that: going in the city. It easily adapts to sidewalk-friendly Baby Jogger strollers to make a build-your-own travel system. Getting into cabs often? Its belt path makes it much easier to install your car seat without a base in a taxi, Uber, or friend’s car.
The City GO also features a standard LATCH anchor attachment for base installation with a push-button tightener similar to the Graco SnugRide. The City GO’s base is easy to use with bubble indicators and six different positions to get a proper, level install in different vehicles.
The energy-absorbing foam sides and five-point safety harness ensure a secure ride for your baby. The seat comes with an infant insert that keeps small babies properly positioned, while the adjustable, no rethread harness grows with your baby. It has a sun canopy as well, but it’s a little bulky and harder to move than others.
Like the 4moms Self-Installing Car Seat, this car seat just came out in 2016, so there aren’t as many parent reviews for it as popular car seats that have been around for years.
An additional base can also be purchased to install the City GO in multiple vehicles.
